Can Viyo Recuperation be used with animals other than cats and dogs, such as rabbits, ferrets, reptiles or other exotic animals?
Viyo Recuperation is especially developed for cats and dogs, and we have not served it to other animal species. However, we have heard from practices that successfully use Viyo Recuperation on reptiles to get them back to eating. They usually use the cat version for this. In most cases, the feeding is forced, until the animal picks up its normal eating pattern. Others have reported the same results using Viyo Recuperation on ferrets that wouldn’t eat anymore. But these are not official recommendations from Viyo International.
